Support this work

Help make community justice easier to reach.

CJC helps keep mediation, restorative processes, practical learning, and community participation reachable across Fresno County. Support helps sustain the people, preparation, coordination, and follow-through that make those pathways possible.

Community Justice Access Fund

Keep cost and capacity from closing the door.

The Community Justice Access Fund helps reduce cost and capacity barriers so restorative processes, learning, and practitioner development can remain reachable.

Restorative process access

Help underwrite preparation, coordination, facilitation, and follow-through when cost or capacity would otherwise make participation harder to reach.

Learning access

Help keep practical conflict, mediation, peacemaking, and restorative learning reachable for community members and people in helping roles.

Practitioner capacity

Help sustain preparation, supervised practice, coordination, and the community practitioners who help carry the work.

Sponsored restorative process

$500

CJC uses $500 as the stated value of a sponsored restorative process through the Community Justice Access Fund. This is a sponsorship value, not a participant fee.

What support makes possible

Support keeps the doorway open.

A community needs more than a response to one difficult moment. It needs people and places that can keep learning, preparing, and following through. Supporting CJC helps sustain that local capacity and the skilled people who carry it.

Access

Help keep mediation, restorative processes, learning, and community entry points easier for people to reach.

Education and training

Support practical learning in conflict, listening, mediation, restorative practices, and community participation.

Participation

Support volunteers, community members, young people, practitioners, and partners taking part through outreach, preparation, community activities, and materials.

Listening and relationship work

Support outreach, preparation, follow-through, circles, and relationship-building that may not fit neatly inside a single case or event.

Flexible support matters

Some of the most important work happens between the visible moments.

A mediation session or a training is easy to see. The invisible work is preparation, follow-up, outreach, listening, relationship-building, volunteer support, community conversations, and staying connected after a meeting. It is less visible, but it is still part of what makes the work possible.

Flexible support can help CJC sustain that work. CJC exists so people have somewhere to turn before conflict grows, when something is happening, and after harm. Support helps keep that doorway open.
