What support makes possible
A community needs more than a response to one difficult moment. It needs people and places that can keep learning, preparing, and following through. Supporting CJC helps sustain that local capacity and the skilled people who carry it.
Help keep mediation, restorative processes, learning, and community entry points easier for people to reach.
Support practical learning in conflict, listening, mediation, restorative practices, and community participation.
Support volunteers, community members, young people, practitioners, and partners taking part through outreach, preparation, community activities, and materials.
Support outreach, preparation, follow-through, circles, and relationship-building that may not fit neatly inside a single case or event.

A mediation session or a training is easy to see. The invisible work is preparation, follow-up, outreach, listening, relationship-building, volunteer support, community conversations, and staying connected after a meeting. It is less visible, but it is still part of what makes the work possible.
Flexible support can help CJC sustain that work. CJC exists so people have somewhere to turn before conflict grows, when something is happening, and after harm. Support helps keep that doorway open.
