Workforce Philosophy

Elder justice work deserves sustainable wages.

For years, this work has depended on volunteers and underfunded professionals carrying significant responsibility. The immediate goal is modest: fund a part-time coordinator at approximately 20 hours per week to help the coalition function.

Long-term wage ladder

Community Coordinator$35/hr
Experienced Practitioner$50/hr
Senior Practitioner$75/hr
Executive/System Leadership$125/hr

Transparency Commitment

The goal is to make the invisible work visible.

As systems develop, this page can become a live community dashboard showing budget status, funding progress, project updates, volunteer engagement, programs delivered, and community outcomes.
